Bio

Ms. Rosalyn Collins is a native of Quincy, Florida. She is a high school graduate of James A. Shanks High School. She attended Tallahassee Community College and Florida A & M University. She has completed all six of the Reading Endorsement Competencies and have her Reading Endorsement. She attended  Florida State University where she has earned a Master's Degree in Special Education. In previous years, Ms. Collins was a 21st Century instructor, which was an after-school enrichment program, where she previously taught SAT, ACT  Preparation Skills and Character Education.
