The Student Code of Conduct handbook’s rules and regulations will be enforced for every activity.
Friday, October 16, 2015- College Day (Dress in your favorite college attire.)
Activity: Faculty versus Student Basketball Game Price $1; Refreshments will be sold.
Monday, October 19, 2015- Wacky/Tacky Day
Lunch Activity/Fundraisers- Pie Throwing Contest (Staff members will volunteer to have pies thrown in their faces. Students will pay .50-$1).
Tuesday, October 20, 2015- Extreme Weather Day (Each grade level will be assigned a weather condition to dress for.)
Lunch Activity/Fundraiser- Sack Race .50-$1
Activity- Step/Talent Show (Sponsored by EGHS Marching Jags); Cost $2; Refreshments sold.
Wednesday, October 21, 2015- Charity Day (Assign each grade level a cause and dress in that cause’s signature color.)
Lunch Activity- Tug-o-War
Activity- Talent Show/Dance Cost $1; Refreshments sold.
Thursday, October 22, 2015- Character Day(Dress as your favorite cartoon character, superhero, etc.)
Lunch Activity- Karaoke
Activity- Pep Rally; Refreshments sold.
Friday, October 23, 2015- Spirit Day
Homecoming Parade Information
Dear Parade Participant(s):
East Gadsden High School's annual Homecoming Parade will be held on Friday, October 23, 2015, at 4:00 p.m in Quincy, Florida.
All Gadsden County Schools' King/Queen & Court, Band, and JROTC units are invited to participate free of charge. Any other interested groups or organizations may participate for a fee of $40.00. All interested participants must submit the parade registration form and fees (if applicable) to Ms. Erica Farmer.
Cash, money orders, and cashier's checks (No Personal) are the only acceptable forms of payment. Please make all cashier's checks or money orders payable to: East Gadsden High School SGA. The deadline to submit forms and pay the registration fee is October 19,2015.
Staging for the parade will begin at Ward's lot (across from Gadsden Elementary Magnet) in Quincy and all units will disband on King Street.
Special Note:
The throwing/tossing of any candy or objects from a moving vehicle is strictly prohibited.
