MSG Roberts has compiled 268 Semester hours attending several Universities to include the University of Maryland, University of Washington, Nova Southeastern University and Central Texas Community College studying in a wide range intellectual courses.



Bio

MSG Roberts was born, raised and educated in Quincy, Florida.

He entered the Army on August 18, 1986 and Attended Basic Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina followed by Advanced Individual Training at Fort Sam Houston, Texas graduating as a Combat Medical Specialist (91B).

MSG Roberts has served as a Team Leader, Squad Leader (3/43 ADA (Patriot)), Senior Company Medic (3/41 INF(M)), Section Sergeant, Platoon Sergeant, Platoon Leader ( 2/69 AR), Brigade Surgeon NCOIC (4/2 Stryker BDE), EMT NCO, Emergency Room NCOIC, Audiology NCOIC (67th CSH), Area NBC Officer, Battalion EOA (203rd FSB), Detailed Recruiter (Daytona Beach, FL), Assistant Inspector General and 1SG of Alpha and Charlie Company(CRDAMC), Medical Intelligence NCO and Operations NCO G3 30th MEDCOM and Senior NCO for the Deputy Commander of Clinical Services Martin Army Community Hospital.

Overseas assignments for MSG Roberts include tours in Germany ( 2), Iraq (2), Kuwait(2) Bosnia and Kosovo. His stateside assignments include Fort Bliss, TX, Fort Polk, LA, two tours to Fort Benning, GA, Daytona Beach, FL, Fort Lewis, WA and two tours at Fort Hood, Texas. Deployments include Operation Desert Shield/Storm, Operation Southern Watch, Operation Joint Endeavor and Operation Iraqi Freedom. MSG Roberts also worked in the Office of the Attorney General (Pam Bondi) after retiring from Active Duty August 2016.

MSG Roberts is a graduate of the Primary Leadership Development Course; Basic Noncommissioned Officer’s Course; Advanced Noncommissioned Officers Course, Hearing Conservation and Audiology Tech Course, NBC Short Course, EO Leaders Course, Basic and Advanced Instructor Course, Recruiting Management, Joint Trauma Training Course, Inspector General Course, First Sergeants/Commanders Course, he has also earned a Certification as a National Emergency Disaster Coordinator from FEMA.

MSG Roberts awards include Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal w/2 Oak Leaf Cluster, Army Commendation Medal w/V device, Army Commendation Medal w/3 Oak Leaf Clusters, Army Achievement Medal w/1 Silver Oak Leaf Clusters, Army Good Conduct Medal(8th award), National Defense Service Medal w/1 Bronze star, Southwest Asia Service Medal w/ 1 Bronze Star, Saudi Arabia/ Kuwait Liberation Medal, Kuwait Liberation Medal, Iraqi Campaign Medal w/1 combat service star, Global War On Terrorism Medal, Armed Forces Service Medal, Non-Commissioned Officer Ribbon (3), Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon (4), NATO Medal, Gold Recruiter Badge, Recruiter Ring, Combat Medical Badge, Expert Field Medical Badge, Drivers/Mechanics Badge (2) (wheel and track).
